Flexible Working in the outer east of Melbourne.

Very flexible working in the brand new offices. Smart new space, Monday is team day and you’ll have the rest of the week to plan beyond there. You’ll be partnering with the Creative Director and Team Photographer through out the week.

This is a newly created role in the team is going to be all about structure, process and workflow.

You’ll be across the small team of Designers overseeing project timings and deadlines. You’ll be the person who knows what briefs are coming in from stakeholders across the business.
You can draw on experience across print, digital, promotion, photography and LAM. With your understanding of design you know how long things take, when to scale up and when to recommend solutions.

Team atmosphere is something that you pride yourself on, your motivation drives success and you’ll be starting with a functioning team.

Organisational skills - you’re already there.
You’ve implemented systems, improved efficiencies and trained people on such processes.
You don’t have to have worked with large teams, this is a smaller team and will be more hands on across everyone
You’ve got an eye for assessing and recommending improvements.

- DAM system integrity
