This is your opportunity to be the Senior Creative in an in-house design team - reporting to the Design Manager.
These people are proud of the brands they represent, you'll be able to tell from the welcome pack awaiting you on your first day. On that, there is a plan for you to meet all the people you need to over the first week or so, you'll have introductions, be taken through processes, given an understanding of the brand guidelines before you have to pick up any project briefs.
You'll be able to help out the mid level Designers in the team, offer guidance as you go, and pick up the workflow with the team. There is a training budget for the whole team that you will have access to.
HQ is based in Scoresby, and the flexible working is a 3:2 split.
Plenty of car parking to chose from, take your pick.

- Packaging design and roll out
- Regular catalogue design
- Product Guides
- Branded merchandise
- Web content and banners
- Social assets
- Fun brand projects, ideas are thrown around all the time.
